Yes. Gabriella Luchini Jewellery pieces are made by hand using precious metals and carefully selected gemstones.

Because each piece is handmade, subtle variations in texture, finish and detail may occur. This is part of the nature of the work and what makes each piece unique.

Yes. Gabriella Luchini Jewellery works with natural gemstones unless otherwise clearly stated.

Natural gemstones may contain inclusions, colour zoning, variations in tone, unique growth patterns or subtle differences in cut and shape. These characteristics are part of what makes each stone individual.

Studio Stones are one-of-a-kind natural gemstones selected by Gabriella and offered as the starting point for semi-custom jewellery.

You choose the stone first, then select a design direction, metal and setting style. Each Studio Stone is unique and available only once unless otherwise stated.

Yes. Gabriella Luchini Jewellery offers custom and bespoke jewellery, including rings, pendants, earrings, signets, heirloom remodelling, ceremonial pieces and special occasion jewellery.

You do not need to have a fully formed design before getting in touch. The process can begin with a stone, a feeling, a reference image, a material preference or a loose idea.

Custom pieces generally begin from $1200 AUD.

Each piece is quoted individually based on the design, gemstone, metal, scale, complexity and labour involved. A 50% deposit is generally required to begin custom, bespoke or made-to-order work, with the remaining balance due before collection or delivery.

Custom, bespoke and made-to-order pieces usually take approximately 6–8 weeks to create, unless otherwise discussed.

Timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the design, gemstone sourcing, material availability, studio workload and any required fittings or revisions.

Yes. Engagement rings, wedding bands, commitment rings and ceremonial jewellery sit within Ritual Union, Gabriella Luchini Jewellery's bridal and ceremonial offering.

Ritual Union is for those seeking symbolic, personal and non-traditional pieces made with natural gemstones, precious metals and intention.

Yes, where suitable. Existing gemstones from heirloom jewellery can often be assessed and reimagined into a new piece.

Not all stones are suitable for remodelling, especially if they are fragile, damaged, heavily worn or not appropriate for the desired design. Each heirloom piece needs to be assessed before work can begin.

Old gold is generally not reused directly in new Gabriella Luchini Jewellery pieces, but it may be refined and credited towards the cost of a commission where suitable.

We strongly recommend being professionally sized by a jeweller before ordering a ring, especially for custom, bespoke, wide-band or one-of-a-kind pieces.

Please keep in mind that ring size can be affected by band width, temperature, time of day and individual hand shape.

If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order. If you are based in Sydney, it is recommended you visit our studio and Gabriella can size you in under 10 minutes.

Ready-to-wear pieces are usually packed and dispatched within 2–5 business days of your order being placed, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Custom, bespoke, semi-custom, made-to-order and Studio Stones pieces that require setting or making will be shipped once the piece is complete and the final balance has been paid.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, handling fees or other charges applied by their country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless expressly stated. Gabriella Luchini Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by customs or border processing.

Every Gabriella Luchini Jewellery piece is thoughtfully packaged and arrives ready for gifting.

If your order is being shipped directly to the recipient, pricing details will not be included in the parcel. You are also welcome to include a personal message — in your cart, use the "Special Instruction Note" field to add your message, and we will include a handwritten note with your order.

For security and discretion, outer shipping boxes do not display Gabriella Luchini Jewellery branding.

Gabriella Luchini Jewellery offers a 14-day change-of-mind return policy on eligible ready-to-wear items.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, in the same condition it was received, in its original packaging and approved for return before being sent back.

Custom, bespoke, semi-custom, made-to-order, resized, altered, engraved, personalised, sale items, gift cards and pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

Earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind for hygiene reasons.
